All proceeds from sales go directly to Mark Warren Jacques and MWJ Studio. Thank you for your support!

Pricing and Shipping:

Most items ship within 5–10 business days
Larger items, fragile works, original artwork, and sculptures may take longer
Shipping arrangements for fine art, sculptures, or other fragile works will be made directly with the buyer. Shipping arrangements will be coordinated directly with the buyer via email.
White glove shipping and installation are included in the price for items totaling over $10,000 USD

Shipping Damage Insurance:

All shipments are insured against damage during transit
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at mwjstudio@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description
Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for the insurance claim process
If your claim is approved, we will coordinate a replacement, repair, or refund—depending on availability and the extent of the damage

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for purchases made through www.markwarrenjacques.com and www.mwj.studio:

PayPal: Secure online payments via PayPal
Bank Transfer: Available for larger purchases. We will contact you via email to coordinate in writing

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mwjstudio@gmail.com with photos and a description of the damage
We will evaluate your claim on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, coordinate a replacement, repair, or refund
Please retain all original packaging materials for verification and insurance claims
